Information you provide
When you send a sales enquiry, we receive your name, work email, phone number, company and message. When you exchange contact details through a TapC NFC card, the card owner’s organisation receives the details you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use enquiry and contact-exchange details to respond, provide the requested service, manage follow-up in our customer relationship system and protect the service from abuse.
Meta advertising measurement
Outside regions requiring advertising consent, the TapC marketing website may load the Meta Pixel from Meta Platforms to measure page visits and completed enquiries. A completed NFC contact exchange may also send a Lead event. We do not send the submitted name, email, phone number, company or message to Meta.
Meta may receive technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, page URL and event time for measurement and advertising optimisation. Where advertising consent is required, or your region cannot be resolved, TapC blocks the Meta script and events. We also honour supported browser privacy opt-outs.
Your choices
You can use browser privacy controls, including Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track where supported, to block this advertising measurement. You can also manage advertising preferences through your Meta account. These controls do not prevent you from sending an enquiry.
Retention and sharing
We retain enquiries and contact records only as long as needed for follow-up, service delivery, legal obligations and security. We share data with service providers only where needed to run TapC, and with the card owner’s organisation when you submit an NFC contact exchange.
